Installation Supervision.Be it an in service
breakdown or replacement of main equipment meticulous planning
and evaluation goes into every job to try and cover all
eventualities and ‘what if’ scenarios before setting
out. Once onboard, being a small Company any decisions
can be made at a local level where good use of internet
and information technology can make all the difference
to the overall service.
Technical Input into Problem
Solving.We think we are especially good at
solving long standing 'chronic' problems with equipment
and installations. E.g. RFI, equipment ‘lock-up',
intermittent failures and resolution of 'we've changed
all the board and it still doesn't work'.
Repairs and Maintenance.
As well as what would be described as routine
maintenance and 'in service' breakdowns we can find
solutions where there is no longer any reliable
documentation. Where there is good technical information
we can work to component level. This is especially true
for older equipment.
We know the difference between 'making something work'
and 'finding the fault'.
Investigation into Technically
Related Incidents. Being independent we can
undertake investigations into technically related
incidents and provide a written report.
Fleet Roll-Out. We are
able to plan supply install and document fleet roll-out of new
Contract Service Engineer.
If you represent a Marine Electronics provider operating
in the EU we are (subject to Brexit) available as an extra pairs of hands
perhaps for a period where you are undertaking a large
contract or 'in house' training. We also have the
credentials to be added to your 'radio surveyor' list if
required. As well as English we
can get by in French, German and Spanish.
I.T.We also have
experience repairing computers, restoring Windows O/S,
virus removal, hard-drive replacement and basic
